  • Private Richard M. Davies, 73372, 11th Battalion. Found guilty of Desertion. Executed 15 November 1917. Buried in Wizernes Communal Cemetery near St. Omer, Pas de Calais, France.
  • Private George Henry Lowton, 15251, 17th Battalion. Found guilty of Cowardice and wilful defiance. Executed 31 July 1916. Buried in Brown's Road Military Cemetery, Festubert, Pas de Calais, France. Son of William and Margaret Lowton, of Nottingham.
  • Private Bertie McCubbin, 31821, 17th Battalion. Found guilty of Cowardice and wilful defiance. Executed 30 July 1916. Buried in Brown's Road Military Cemetery, Festubert, Pas de Calais, France.
  • Private Frank O'Neill, 13612, 1st Battalion. Found guilty of Desertion. Executed 16 May 1918. Buried in Hermonville Military Cemetery near Reims, Marne, France.
